Meet the founders
Experience on society boards, in business strategy and in software development.

Dustin Murphy
CEO
Dustin leads Amplireach as CEO, with responsibility for client relationships and partnerships, including society demonstrations and sponsor outreach. A practicing anesthesiologist assistant at Bellin Anesthesia Associates, S.C., and previously at University of Wisconsin Hospital for nearly twelve years, he brings a clinician’s view of the profession to the societies we serve. He has served on the executive board of a state professional society, including as treasurer, with a focus on strategic planning, financial reporting, advocacy and modernization. He is also an entrepreneur who co-founded a guide service and built its website and search presence.

Justin Wyatt, Ph.D.
Director of Operations
Justin oversees operations for Amplireach, including the financial model and the standard operating procedures that keep service consistent, and he leads pricing and brand. He knows society work from the inside: he served six years on the executive council of the South Carolina Academy of Science, including a term as president, and led its statewide annual meeting of more than 1,000 participants. He spent 13 years as a chemistry professor at the College of Charleston, where he also founded Wyatt’s Organic Workshop, an online program that grew from a single institution to multi-university cohorts. At McGraw-Hill Education he served as Director of Digital Content and then Portfolio Manager, leading product strategy in the sciences. His strength is breaking complex systems into clear, actionable plans that teams can align around.

Kris Kaja
Director of Technology
Kris leads information management and technology for Amplireach. He is the President and owner of KMG Software, a Wisconsin company that builds custom web applications on Microsoft .NET and Amazon Web Services, with a focus on secure, reliable systems for business clients. In the 2010s he was part of the leadership team at SocialCompany, a startup that built cloud-based SaaS workspaces for organizations. At both KMG Software and SocialCompany, he has been driven by a passion for designing intuitive, collaborative technology that streamlines business workflows. Today he is architecting the Amplireach board dashboard, drawing on hands-on experience guiding medical associations through the move to modern membership management software.
